Do you deal with anger issues?

    What is involved?

Roughly how long does it take to resolve?

What sort of success can be achieved?

Yes I help people deal with anger; like fears, phobias, anxiety and stress, anger is a reaction. I begin by teaching self hypnosis so when you begin to feel anger building you can take control of your own emotions. Then, under hypnosis the therapy examines how and when anger became an instinctive response. When you understand where this reaction comes from you can then program the subconscious to respond in a healthier, calmer and more productive way.

I cannot say exactly how many sessions, it depends on the individual. Some clients need as little as 2 sessions and some as many as 7 or 8. Having helped countless people overcome fears, phobias, nerves etc, I am always confident that hypnotherapy can bring about complete resolution of a problem but it depends on the individual and their commitment to the therapy process. That is why I always meet my clients before starting hypnotherapy to ensure they understand what to expect and set realistic goals and time lines.
