A common mistake is to focus on the symptom and ignore the cause. All the symptoms you mention are the result of something happening to make you think and react the way you do. Using hypnosis we can access the subconscious and understand why it makes you behave and think the way you do. Then you get to retrain your subconscious to have the reactions you want.
