Hi there I am just enquiring about Sports Hypnosis – in specific for running. I have improved quite a bit with the running but want to do more, I feel that I CAN do a lot more, but sometimes feel like my mind stops me from pushing myself to my limits.

Also I am just wondering how much it costs for each session and how long do they last – and how many sessions do you think it requires, do you need "top ups" etc?

    Thanks,

    Hannah

    Hi Hannah,

If you believe there is more in you then hypnotherapy can build on that belief and help you improve your performance. Hypnotherapy can also help with confidence, focus etc. ensuring your mind is in the right place every time you compete. I always teach self hypnosis and guided imagery exercises to help you mentally rehearse and train the mind to expect a positive outcome. When you are able to focus on and expect a desired outcome that is what the subconscious prepares for. If you haven’t already visited the sport page on my main site you should read about the study conducted in Chicago University and the impact of using self hypnosis. The number of sessions required vary from person to person depending on the issue and the individual.

You will have seen on the home page I give a free introduction chat where I can explain exactly what to expect during sessions and answer any questions you have, agree time lines and costs.

Give me a call and we can arrange a convenient time for you to drop in.

    Regards

    Aidan
