There’s nothing wrong and you’re not alone. It is quite a regular thing for people to phone, e-mail or come to my office for a chat and then take a while to decide on making an appointment. Therapy can be intimidating for some people but you’ve taken the first step and you are to be congratulated for that. You have acknowledged that you have an issue and have decided to resolve it. Experience tells me that you will know when it feels right and you are ready to make the call.
